This thought kinda just hit me after I was thinking of someone's lack of a tournament award. It might also help make players' colors unique. So here it is:

There could be an option in settings to make it so there's a simple design on the units' clothing colors instead of the straight single color. Patterns such as stripes, polka dots, swirls, and the like would be really awesome. You could select a pattern above the colors, then the first and second colors. The only problems I can think of with this is that there would be little space for the colors on golems and beasts, and it also might take up a little bit too much valuable server space. I always thought there should be more color on the non-humans anyways.

A tie-die human unit avatar would be an interesting tourney award, even if the rest of the suggestion isn't taken.

eh,
I think the issue with the lack of tournament award is certain kids thinking that they can claim an award and it will just happen (i.e. extra units and such).

I would kinda like a polka dotted dragon though...

That was the point, Mega, people need to give away things that don't really matter like stupid avatars. The thing is, somebody's already given away shrubs, lightning wards, barrier wards, etc. I thought that a new color schemed avatar would be a neat prize.

Yes, a polka dotted dragon would be nice. Pink with yellow dots would be the best.

Well, giving away Shrub avatars and an extra unit here and there is something that can currently be done.

Since the coder for the game is not working on the game, adding useless color functions aren;t exactly a priority item.

plus u have to remember that the tournies where these prizes were given away were TAO mod/admin run setups.

Most of your tournies are organized by the average player. People should be inventive and think up a few prizes of their own, and not expect the admins to arrange special things for each of their tournies.

I do like the polka dotted idea still ;)
