Read the damn guidelines!! I will seriously start handing out negs like ice cream to those who start inane threads until people take the time to become at least semi-responsible posters.

Spamming with stupid responses is one thing, but starting threads just so you can see you name in lights hits much higher on the richter scale.

1% chance means never, like the dark magic witch that has 20% of blocking, and sometimes it take 4 games for her to block, for me that is. and imagine if theres only 1% of that happening, now thats what i call never, like only a lucky few may get it. and if they even do this to the scout (which they WONT!), how many points away will it take from the HP.?

thats the point of only having 1%, if u are lucky you can have the special. plus, if it was more the game would be way more easier to the people that can use their scouts good.
