Imagine a Immobile unit that Cast a focus spell for a -2 turn recovery
on a single unit... Probably about 40 points of health no armor 100% blocking and a +2 turn recovery! Eh? Eh? Not bad or what?

How about 28 Points... Ya know, makeing is possable to be killed in one hit by a dragon tyrant... Yeah maybe there was too many hit points...
