yea i've had a gold account 4 sum time now and i havent logged on it 4 about mayb a year :p and now i try 2 log on and it says im grey....and i just had a confirmation emial that i ha d payed so............wtf?

Well the only thing to do is email Support with your subscription #, tell them your story and go from there. If it says you paid and should be gold more than likely than just gold you. A year w/out playing but keeping your account gold? You got money to waste or what?
