Nuetral rep

I wanna just Rep someone, leave a comment, but I don't want it to be positive since they don't deserve it, but I don't wanna neg them since they didn't really do anything wrong.

A PM has a formality to it that automatically adds something to the message that a rep does not; it also invites a reply, which I often don't want any of. Even more importantly, a rep can be specifically focused on an individual post, which takes much more effort in a PM.

I can see the point that PMs take a little longer and neutral reps would be a quick and easy way to just say "What's up?" or "Wanna have a game on rev?"
PMs would still be used for longer messages, though.

What you guys are asking would be hardcore moification of the forums system. There is no Module for a vBull board that does this, and no one working for TAO would go into such work for something like this.

The idea is very possible, but implementation is not.

neutral rep comes from people who are just starting on the forums, because naturaly the new people don't know what their doing... I think your still givin out neutral.. Im not 100% on 'thos rules 'tho.
