Bring Back The Rev Tag Team Competition!

We should bring it back,as LT kindly mentionned,the old star Tag Team Trio is gone (Bottle retired, FryLock was deleted [although he still hangs around], and wolfman just dropped off the radar), but it would be nice if we could see a new trio be born, and interest in the big-gun tourneys brought back.:)

I'm thinking..what if we had a two way selection of the team. Perhaps a Pole, and then a little tournament out of the winners of the pole. But these Member MUST be active. In order for them to qualify for the pole, they must pass an activity inspection, speculating how active they really are, so we don't have a re-run of the previous tourny.

For a start, the original Rev Tag Team (RTT in short) was formed by original Rev Team Members; so to say..... in order to qualify for the name RTT, u need to be in Rev Team.

But again, i don think there will be another RTT same as Bot + Fry + Wolf combination.

If u guys managed to get a new RTT, not upon the original definition or so-ever, i wish to extent an official challenge to the new RTT......

Bot, Fry, lets get back into shape.... we just might be needed to show the new team what it takes.

Heres an idea. Why dont some people make up there own team and then enter a Compition the winning team gets to fight the old RTT and also becomes the new RTT
so lets say DL decides to enter his team

and some other ppl did the same they teams fight for the right to play the old RTT and if the old RTT say there good enough then they become the new RTT

While it was before my time playing here, RTT seemed to be a group of friends more than a group of great players (although they were great players too), and that's what matters most: the team spirit. You can't just throw together a new team of people who don't know each other and expect them to be better than the old RTT. Unless they're already members of the same clan, in which case it's rather pointless. The old RTT represented the best of the best clans: netjak, OUTKAST and SI. The new one, if there is one, should do the same; represent the 3 top clans. But you'll have difficulty getting a JW to get along with a NJ. :wink2:

Bode isn't in AK. He left and joined *JW* again, without any explanation as to why, then left there a few days later.

Some here think someone other than Bode is moving him around, due his behavior apon leaving, but I guess there's only one way to find that out.

It was a huge success the first time, due in large part to great organization.

It would be fun, I'll have to think about when we can do it though.

Eh, I think Rev Tag Team is a representation of major clans (as stated before). So posting yourself with your own clannies isn't really like Rev Tag Team at all.

I'd suggest posting that you would like to be in, and maybe whom with, or wait for them to come to you.

Interesting, but that just wouldn't make any sense. The whole thing about tag team (with gold units, at least) is that you want to win your match to see what their next player will do, so your next can plan accordingly. Winning a match gives your team a bonus.

If you know that their 2nd is going to turtle and that yours has to also, it just becomes less interesting. Same with grey units.
