Hmm, I know Seed wouldn't do that. Well maybe it is one of his staff, or this could be him. I will keep a look out for a e-mail for you ;). This could get very serious if it is a scam. Hey maybe he need's money for that new unit that he was suppose to make foe the past 6 month's.

The thing I pointed out when I saw this email first time is EVERYTHING on it points to Tuff being the one to talk to, and the "legends test server" as where you would be rewarded.
Gee, anyone wanna guess who controls the "test server"?

That does not sound at all like a legitimate e-mail.

It would be really very easy to do though.

Tuff now has commercial rights to for running the Test Server. He may charge
others money to join there. But I doubt he will. If you donate for you whole
clan than the best thing to do is have everyone from your clan send you the
donations than send them to me. After that, none of your clan members will be
charged to enter the Test Server. Though they have to be approved by Tuff for
security reasons.

If we can not get the $100 by the 20th of this month, than Legends Server will
have to downgrade to a lower bandwidth and less floored server.
Sound's like a bribe to me. Sorry you guy's but this makes me laugh. Well it's the whole $100.00 thing, I mean he is sending all these e-mail's over $100.00, man they must really think we are dumb. :confused:

Since I haven't talked to Tuff I couldn't say since i've gotten this email.

However I do know that I have asked Seed personally if he wanted some sort of permanent payments to legends now that I have the means, and he said that money flow was fine.

But again, thats only my word, which I realize might not be enough to work on, but it's the only thing I can say.

It's so incredibly blatently obvious that message is fake, that everyone that believed it for half a second, or even had the slightest doubt of it being fake deserves to lose their money.

There are 5x more greys than golds? There are about 20x more greys than golds. (At least!)

The spelling and grammar is terrible . . . UGH how could anyone believe that could be real?

Well considering that the email that was given in order to get sent an information package is a yahoo based account, I really don't believe that this is a legit email, but of course there are people out there that often will believe things before thinking, so an early heads up is always a good idea.

I understand how you could see my post as an attack on Moose (though it was not--my question was one of interest, not intentional provocation), but legends? I don't think I've attacked legends once in recent memory, so yes, your memory might be just bad.

Moose, as I just told Wackhead, I wasn't trying to insult you here, but I do not try to deny my own past problems and I never have.

I was really just wondering. Isn't it relevent that there have been previous emails of the same type occuring on legends?
