ok u may thing im askin how to use it but im not i know how to use it u have 4 or under 4 health and then u hold down the mouse on the assasian and then she blows up ok but it dosent work for me i had 2 3 and 4 health before and then held down the mouse for 3 seconds on her and she dosent blow up and i missing something here

Right, first of all, don't expect answers within 2 minutes. This isn't a chatroom, it's a forum, and you have to wait for your questions to be answered.

Secondly, if you used punctuation, your sentences might be a little easier to read and we might be able to understand what you're asking.

Thirdly, if you are doing it the way you say you are, it should be working. Watch the square the assassin is standing on. Does the slight white tinge disappear after you've held the mouse for a few seconds? If so, then the attack is ready.

The other thing you may be doing wrong is that you need to click and hold THE ASSASSIN herself, NOT the 4 squares she would be attacking.
