It registers as a win under your stats (/stat [your name], it just doesn't give as much fanfare as when he surrenders, wins, or loses. Probably not a bug, and if it is, it's fairly benign. What's annoying is how you "lose" a game if your program performs an error and closes (mine's done it twice; it's old). Maybe you could have it so that neither one wins if the window closes, just nothing happens. I can see how that might make the surrender key useless. I don't know if you could do this, but maybe you could make it lose if you x-ed out of the window, but not so if the browser closes it. I don't know. I just know that I've lost twice that way, which hurts my stats

that's not really possible i dont believe, and there's really no cure for it... you could just wire your computer to tell the game that you "accidentally closed the window" (in essence) and thus escape a loss and cheat the other person of a win.
