I need help

Hey every one, I need help with the TAO clan websites banner, i got the size they wanted, and it excepted the image, i put it to direct witch i was told, and it shows up in the control panel, but it doesnt show for the public, can you please help me out. thanks.

The same thing happened for me Merdoc, for some reason, it took mine about a week to start showing. Maybe, it will be the same for yours.
