This is it, I've turned to the dark side. Lets get started, shall we?
Early Units
These units were some of the first that I've created. They share many similarities to many first-time created units you see now-adays. My personal favourites among these are the Blood Shaman and the Sage Geomancer. They may still be in some sort of spotlight later on. ^^. Everyone needs to nuture thier creativity, and everyone has to start somewhere. I'm thankful that the CAU forums were less of a panel of judges (CAU Committee not withstanding) and more of a repository for creativity. I would like to see the forums return to that state, so others can learn and grow thier own ideas, as I once had to do.

Growing Up
After getting into the swing of things a bit, I began to create more and more intricate units. I was starting to add additional theroies and ideas into the units. I didn't put much thought into the current enviroment of TAO, so some (all) of the units kind of sucked. However, the growth was there, which was the important thing. These units more or less fit into that category. One of my all time favourites resides in this category, Xerent's Trinket. I may bring it back.

Family matters
Around this time, I realized that creating units was great and all, however there was a certain element that was missing. In order for a unit to work, it had to work well with the existing TAO force. And for that to happen, you were always confined to the estabilshed TAO balance. However, you could shift the balance if you had a wide enough variety of units, and incorporate new creativity and abilities if you had a wider selection of units to work with. Hence, I decided to create themed sets of units. My first themed set was Elementals, but the first true set of themed units were my precious Morphs. Singled out, they weren't that great, but combined, they had a potential that was until now, untapped.

Wrapping things up
These units represent my achievement in creativity within the confines of TAO CAU. While dreaming these guys up, I would ask myself countless questions. I realize that this may seem somewhat pointless, and that's how I began to feel at times to. But I was determined not to let it get me down, because I frankly enjoy doing this, and I'll keep doing it as long as it makes me happy. I'm particularly fond of the Seer, and the Shadowdancer. Unfortunately, in this era, people tend to take it upon themselves to critique, not to improve creativity, but rather to stifle it. My goal is to avoid and change this.

Tactics Arena Online: Age of Machines
This I feel deserves special mention. I created this back when the restlessness of a stagnant TAO was first beginning to take hold, and was interested in starting a change of sorts. This merely wasn't just another set of units, but a whole update to the entire game. Since, my motivation has shifted onto other projects I have more control over, but I'm glad I did this then.

Recent Additions
This list of units represents the creations I have thought of after this particular archive was published. Every new update will come with a thread bump, and a few more units with descriptions. My current favourite out of this list was the Animist, because it is so off-the-wall. I've been toying with the idea of other completely odd units like this, but so far, I haven't found a concept I like. I also added my shadow units into it's own family group section, because I feel that it's starting to grow into something like that. Another note, The Dragon Nhilist is meant to be the Yang to the Dragon Tyrant's Yin. That might make more sense when you read the unit to understand this.
