Storm energy concentrated on magic hands for amazing power.

HP: 50
Power: 23
Armor: 10
Blocking: 30%
Movement: 4
Recovery: 3 turns

Attack:
When you go in the attack phase, the only tile you can hit is the Thunder Lord's one. After this, you have to pass, like a focus spell; unlike normal focus, this can't be broken, but the Thunder Lord loses his blocking %.

The next turn you play normally, and you will not be able to use the Thunder Lord.

Next turn, you will use the Thunder Lord's attack (you are costricted to use it); his attack will hit tiles this way:

OOOXOOO L= Thunder Lord
OOXXXOO X= Attacked Tile.
OXXTXXO
OOXXXOO
OOOXOOO

with power 23.

This might seem overpowered, but take care:
Killing him before he can attack is easy.

In the 3rd turn (constricted attack) are you able to walk before attacking?

That last little staement isn't very true. He has 50 health and 23 attack and only waits 3 turns to attack 10 spaces!? That's insanely overpowered.

How is killing him easy?

Let's use... hm... a DSM, LW, and DT (impossible combination, but we'll use it).

50 HP. DSM attacks. 27*.9=24.3, or 24 damage. Heal.
38 HP. LW attacks. 30*.9=27 damage. Heal, because with this unit, double Clerics would rock.
23 HP. DT attacks. 28*.9=25.2, or 25 damage. You BARELY killed this unit.

Of course, that is assuming the DSM was killed shortly after blasting, an unlikely scenario. That is a combination of the 3 most powerful attacks, and you just barely manage to kill it. Double Clerics, or a BW, combined with this would dominate.
