soul linking - The wards attack causes the tagrets 2 have their souls exposed 2 the attackres
If an enemy unit is afflicted by the soul link, any attacks upon that unit will cause the attacker 2 be healed by 50% of the damage dealt. so if your knight attacks another knight which is affected by the soullink for 17 damage, 8.5 will be drained, and will heal your knight.
with a friendly unit it makes all of their attaks drain 50% of the enemies life instead of all the attacks on them.
for the mages and stuff that use area of effect attacks, they get life equal 2 the sum of all the damage they do, up 2 a maximum of their power. Eg if a soullinked Pyromancer attacks 2 knights, he does 22 damage, but only 15 (the Pyromancers power) will heal him :D
wot do u all think of this new unit? :D

I think it's confusing. Please post the attack descriptions in a simple way, then I'll respond thoroughly.

wel basicly its like this
if an enemy has got the wards special on it (ward has to focus to keep it going) then any time a unit attacks that enemy unit (the 1 wiv the soul link on it) then the attacker gets 50% of the damage it does healing himself.
if its 1 of ure own units that has the soul link, then insted of anyone that attacks it getting 50% life, whenever the unit itself attacks any other unit, it gets the 50% life.
not to be a walrus but my Platinum angel seems to be increadably similer to this, though not as close as it could be

its 50% useless...why would anyone attack a unit if it would just heal that unit? ;)

Give it a range, and don't make it a pyromancer's area of effect.
No unit should be able to hit anywhere on the board. Also, you need to lower the damage.

-If it isnt an endgame unit (this isnt) and it doesnt directly deal damage (this doesnt), then I see no problem with it having a range that covers the board.
And btw, my suggestion for this would to be, instead of healing a unit when it is attacked (you could just shove a unit behind your lines and DT, LW, and DMW it to heal it up), reduce the damage it takes by a certain amount if it is friendly...although that might be to similar to the stoney.

not that i have a "copyright" to the name, but i also made a soul link-soul bind ward, it is different in effect but very similar in general idea.
check all posts started by bloodriegn and you will see

thx 4 comments guys, ill just say a few tings..

i think u misunderstand how the ward works. it basically means that the ATTACKER is the 1 who gets healed, like leaching life off the enemy that it attacks.
Give it a range, and don't make it a pyromancer's area of effect.

i gave it these becoz its kinda designed 2 be like an offensive stone golem; u use it on the enemy insted of ure own troops.
and the cleric can hit anywhere on the board :O
and the damage, ok mb i can lower that a bit, i just picked 50% coz its a nice round number :D

agan u misunderstand the ward :)
the healing goes 2 the attacker, not the attacked unit...otherwise it wud just basicaly b an overpowered stone golem :)
+ bloodreign sry ill hav a look 4 that unit
ok bloodreing i red ures and its nothing like this. u just looking 4 excuse 2 adverstise ure unit :(
