Assistance With Sig Needed

As you can see, all of my favorite reps are in my sig (and some that were put in by request), and I am now running short on space. If someone knows how to do animation so as to drop reps over one another, or fade the sig between 2 different images (continuous loop on both), I'll offer my measley rep and (the better reward) your name at the bottom of the sig. First off, do you have ImageReady?

If you do, then I THINK, that you

1. Open it on ImageReady
2. Get your second banner copied (Copied as in Copy + Paste, but just copy for now)
3. Duplicate frame
4. On 2nd frame, set opactiy to 0%
5. Tween somewhere around 20 - 40 frames
6. Duplicate frame
7. Paste 2nd banner on top of 1st
8. See step 5
9. Done?

Well now, let's see how flawed your concept is:

1. I don't want to MAKE banners, I do not have the programming and I am not allowed to download the software to do so.

2. Everyone else can go ahead and use the Banner thread, I do not see a rule ANYWHERE that says if you have a banner to be made, post it here. I am not being "above" anybody, I am being smarter than them.

3. You still don't get the concept of HE DIDN'T OFFER TO HELP ME. Instead, he pointed out that there is a thread where a bunch of people ask a very limited number of other people to make banners. Not a particularly brilliant idea, as while they are still beating their heads on a wall waiting for a banner, I have a person who has agreed to make one for me.

If he feels like merging this thread with his, good for him. It does not mean I have to post there, it doesn't even say "If you have a banner request, all other threads made for it will be negged because all requests must be made here." I don't see anything about requesting for banners in that entire quote.

1. Ok, so it's a banner, and I requested one. Not quite what I was looking for, but it's not bad. Is it possible for you to just make it 2 screens, full size? Actually, if anyone takes the time to read this entire argument without being biased to start, I believe they would notice that where I have not only argued my points, but backed them up with substance, and that you have, yet again, made a complete fool of yourself by making a general statement that fails to have a point, much less evidence. So, let's review:
