What sports do you play?

I was just wondering what the other people of TAO are doing/playing? As i hope all of you do not just sit on the computer and play this all day. If you where wondering I consider almost anything a sport... yes even golf :) . I myself play lacrosse and run cross country- which if you didnt know what cross country is its runing 2 miles as fast as you can (I run about a 12:30) not bad for a seventh grader :bigsmile: and yupp thats about it.

i wrestle in junior high. im 13 and in the 90 pound weight class, i played football last year on the junior high team, soccer every other year, and occasionally i have played baseball.

o yahh i forgot to say that i ski also. My family usualy goes up to northern Michigan at a place called Crystal Lake near sleeping bear dunes, and Lake Michigan.

You can break almost any bone in your body..
It hurts like a bitch if you get hit, even with the padding....but its fun..I play without padding every sunday..

and.. if you get hit, it hurts a little. Wrestling, no pads, you get hit, slammed... it hurts a ton more. Skateboarding, you can break every bone in your body and more. Football is for wusses, I played football for awhile, its nothing.

Yes paid... not much at the school that I presently teach swimming at but this winter im teaching skiing and all the resorts are desperate for ski instructors. so ya I should make more.

I have serious respect for those who run. In wrestling, we had to sprint for 15 minutes, and run for 45. I can't imagine running and spriting all the time. Thats seriously insane.

I wrestled for 9 years, then quit(last year). It is hard. Best work out of any sport, by far. It may not compare to running, conditioning wise, other than that though. Every day.. pain, weak.. going to bed.. it was fun though. Not to mention, I like pain, I thrive on pain.. oddly enough, I get in fights for the pain.

In hockey you get to hit each other with composite material sticks... because aluminum just wasn't good enough
