I was wondering if the name of an account being used to send a ticket can be included in the ticket itself.
I have a small bunch of accounts that I pay, that belong to other people. They send in the tickets as needed, so when I get the responses, I don't know which account it is for.
Maybe if not the account name, at least the subscription number. This way I can forward the ticket responses to the proper person.

So, how do i get on your good side.?

It's a decent idea, seeing as the ticket system works under the pretense that it's a specifc persons account instead of one that is being paid for with others.
The best solution is stop paying for them and get the people to pay for their own.

Jeffery has two bad sides. Now although one bad side is exactly 10x more bad than the other bad side, they both are inherently bad. Its alright though.. if he had a good side, it'd just be scary.

Let me rephrase a little bit.
The accounts I pay for that belong to other people WERE paid for by them. They are poeple unable to use paypal, whom I make arrangements for. They mail me the money/check/money order, then I make the monthly through Paypal. ANother is Wolfman. I pay for his monthlies, although several people donated the money to do so.
When they send a ticket in, I just want to be able to notify the person who submitted it of the response.

Yea, as for the suggestion... its valid enough. Shouldn't take much?

Ok, after receiving 8 emails this last week that just give ticket number, i must bring this suggestion back.
It shouldn;t be THAt hard, since the accoutn name is linked to the subscription number.
Hell, put the subscription number if you need to. Just put SOMETHING to differentiate between accounts in tickets.

Jeff, consider pm'ing Serg about this? since it is an important matter that deserves swift attention. I mean, you are helping TAO gather income, which in turn keep it running. They should help you here... I dont see why they wouldnt.

You could always look it up in paypal.. which you probably do..
I have an idea.. have someone make a vb application or php script for you that keeps track of everything.

The emails simply include a ticket number. Since there is no attached name or subscription number, there is NOTHING for me to look up. If either was included, I could simply reference the emails from Paypal, since all are saved, and find out which account it is for.

For people in situations such as yours, Jeff, this would be a helpful little addition.

Situation has been resolved.
Account names are now included in the resolution email for the help ticket system.
Thanks Sergiy.
