I propose to slightly change the chat limitation in the lobby, whereby brand new players either talk very infrequently, or only have certain options of what they can say (in buttons). This would severely limit all the cyberers and people using the game only as a teen chatroom.

However, people who are there, actually play, and increase their stats will be proprtionately rewarded with less wait-time between the sending of messages.

Also, unlimited stat checks and clantalk would be great whilst in the lobby as well. Just my 2 cents.

I'm sorry if this has already been suggested. This would really rock.

I don't think this would go over well.
People HATE having limitations in chat.
For example, saying Nigeria.
You are kicked for saying something bad.
Though, here it could be worse.
You make a new account, and you are limited to what you can say or how long it takes per message.
Stats aren't everything... and to most people, they are nothing.
I know I wouldn't want to have to make a new Grey, only finding that I can't say anything I want, just because of my stats.

instead of not letting them talk, there could just be a way to mute individual players so u wouldn't have to put up with annoying requests in the lobby. also u can always just turn on chat filter :) good idea, but it would hurt more than help :(

Just eliminate all grey accounts and be done with it while you're at it.
