Early Server Sweep & Temporary Increased Unit Drop!

Due to the overwhelming numbers of accounts on each of our servers (300,000 accounts total on all 3 combined!) we had to run a sweep of our servers to delete regular accounts to free up space. It was getting to the point where it was close to impossible to work with the servers and do our updates. Some accounts waiting to be upgraded to Gold Account status were lost. In order to rectify this problem, we are going to implement a temporary change and have 5 unit drops a day, rather than one unit drop every 30 hours until the New Year. This will mean that if you have lost any units that you may have won over the course of the last few weeks, you will not only be able to re-attain them but you will have a chance to get even ammunition for your arsenal. We apologize for this minor set-back, but we feel that this temporary change will benefit our new Gold Account members even more. If you have recently signed-up in the last day and you are not yet upgraded, if need be, please re-create your user account on your specified server that you signed up for. After that is complete, send an e-mail to goldaccounts@tacticsarena.com with your username and server so that we can upgrade you immediately. Thank you for your patience and support! I think that you guys are favoring Gold members more, even though .02% accounts are gold. I got an account deleted with a record of 51-0-3, and that really pissed me off.

With Golds as the only people supporting the servers, it shouldn't come as a surprise. However, what you say is not true: I played seven times more game than you did and I still go deleted (I'm a gold) with no one to restore me.

Free accounts are supposed to be demos. After one month you should either decide that you enjoy the game and wish to continue playing it (and pay the $5), or decide that this is not for you and move on to something else.

The real problem with deletion comes in when they whipe-out the gold accounts.

Email gold support to get your gold account fixed back up.

It got deleted due to overloading the server, just part of growing pains. We know know when to do wipes and Golds won't be effected.

and i don't think free accounts are demos.
they're for bumbs, those that don't want to ask they're parents to pay for this, or don't have a penny to call their own.

theres not very many richies on TAO (THANKS GOD) other wise golds would be running everywhere

and just because people dont have any money of there own doesn't mean they dont work or there lazy or anything...
