it's not. The database refused to wipe the old clans after the server move. There is no one in the clan, it doesn't exist. yet just sits in the server doing nothing.

They're useful on construct. But against any other player they can be handled quite easily. And if your stuck within close range, just switch out to mauler or shotgun. You'll end up getting a bulltrue medal out of the ordeal.
