The Arcadian Legends is a series of books written by me, Arika Branson (the same one who made The Emperor and the Marty Stu). To wit, it is basically Power Rangers (mainly Lightspeed Rescue), Pokemon, and the Magical Girl genre on dangerous amounts of crack.

The series is your basic "heroes must defeat the group of demons in order to save their beloved home, Hono'aru, Hawaii" plot, but two of the planned books focus on different aspects. In other words, it used to be known as Fandom vs. Reality, but I changed the series title so as to not offend any fans, if any.

The first book, The (Writing) Stuff of Legends, focuses on some of the Arcadians. When Richard Barnes, a former comic book artist, wants to turn his own legends into reality, a family of demons give him a magical item. Arcadia, Hono'aru, and the entire world are threatened, and only six heroes must save the day.
