Great lakes upgrade

Help! I have upgraded my account the day the servers went down, when i tried to log on my gold account, it said there wasn't an account with the name Alpha69 found, so i upgraded again and it said there was a gold account made already on that server for that name. Then i tried creating a new Alpha69 account, it wasn't gold!

What do i do?

wait 24 hours then if it not working try and get refund then redo gold

well check your email and paypal records to see if you were even charged in the first place, then submit a ticket if you were

if not, then it doesn't matter, just re-upgrade

Ahh, thanks mega, it turns out the upgrade never worked on one of them, see i have two, alpha on army, and alpha69 on Gl. It just took awhile to upgrade, as for the money on alpha, it was gold, but i cancelled it. Afterwards i redid the upgrade for alpha69, it was fixed. Thanks!
