alright here is the deal, i need to change my password for my gold but i cant because i dont kno my subscription number . i have read aro's post about it but the problem is that my computer wont allow me to go to paypal.com. so i am just asking if the subscription # is just the credit card number of somthing else.

If i'm correct, it is the is the credit card number, as I never got a subscription number when i subscribed either of my two accounts.

your subscription id IS NOT your credit card number...if TAO had your credit card number and could make use of it why would they use paypal...i suggest you find a computer that can log onto paypal (which is a bogus excuse because if you were unable you also would be unable to see this page) and re-read aro's post on how to get your subscription number...

1) Get your # from PayPal.
2) Follow the directions posted here.
3) Change your password.

If you can't get your PayPal#, then you're out of luck.

first of all i already read Aro's post, and i used my sisters laptop and it worked(idk why it didnt work on this computer).

ok new thing here, i sent the ticket for the pass change and everything, and i got an e-mail back saying it was changed.but the new pass wont work only the old one. why?
