I think of the Silencer as a being devoted to Anti Wizardry
well anyway here are the statistics....
HP:30
Power:0
Armor:0
Block:0
Movement:3
Range:any one spellcaster you desire
Wait Time:3
The special spell renders Any one Spellcaster you use this attack on enable to perform an Magic for 3 turns or until the Silencers focus is broken.

As a mutual what???
It has 0 hp...so it starts out dead?
You've also included no wait time, and if it's range is every spellcaster on the field, it's movement seems irrelevant.

The Anti Caster Spell works as a Focus Spell would...All Enemy Spellcasters are Silenced until the duration of Focus is broken...
I strongly strongly suggest you read the CAU guidelines before making another unit. When you haven't read them it shows. (putting it has 0HP)

you cant give it zero health. that means its dead. plus shtting down mages is not acceptable. its simply too powerful. do you count the cleric as a mage? its a human spellcaster. this unit could just be hidden in the back and then the opponent would be clericless. we dont need more cleric killers.

Yes, very bad reason. Now this is what I would consider to be a ward. I'm not sure what everyone else thinks, but I would hope someone would agree with me that this should be a ward. Here is why I think that:
- the unit has 3 movement, but really does not need movement, as the range you have set is all enemy spell casters, covering the whole board. I can see why you could say it would need movement, in order to avoid other units. If it could move, I think it would be too strong. You may want to consider changing the range also. The whole arena? That is way too much. Basically, people would just have this unit in or by a corner, barracaded in be multiple units, preventing the focus from being broken.
