well pivot is far to confusing to install, so any other good programs?

or does anyone wanna walk me through it?

It can't be THAT confusing. I remember downloading it EASILY like one or two years ago, and I don't know how to do crap on a computer.

Pivot is the easiest program to do those animations, for me at least.
You can do more in Flash, but that involved actually learning to use flash. Pivot is really simple to learn and use.

well I got as far as extracting it out of the zip file, and it wont let me do anymore... I dont know what to do
