How To Expand Your Business
Think of clans as a businesses, and your clan members as customers, follow these specific rules and your clan (business) will be up, running, and ready for the big rankings:
Servers
While making a thread that advertises your clan, be sure to always identify which server it is located in, and if you think it will be expanding to other several servers, or if it already has.
Leaders
Next, be sure to include how many leaders they're are or how many co-leaders, and give the name of them all as well in your advertising thread, and how they can contact the leader, leaders or co-leaders.
Persuading
Making persuasive points about how it is a plus when it comes to joining your clan will surely grab you some customers. For example, if you have a gold account accessable to greys, be sure to include that you will surely let them use it under certain condidtions (but be sure not to just give the password to any old grey that joins!)
Clan Activities/Tournaments
Many people enjoy being able to participate in a tournaments, not only is it a plus side because of attracting members, it can also be a plus side when you monitor your member's skills, and how they compete against one another, you could use that as a decision about your new co-leader, your new leader, or who should stay in the clan and who should get the boot. Also, fun activities may keep your members active and content in your clan.
