The Experiment

Lately, some of you may have noticed that I haven't been anywhere near TAO (and the others probably didn't care). In light of my abscence the forums, I would like to volunteer myself to be the test subject of the following experiment: what descriptions are applied to people with severely negative reputations? Looking at the member list, the ones at the far end have "taks liek this ore sumthing" and "must have screwed something up real good". Noone has been repped below that. Since I'm not going to be using the forums much anyway and I'm someone at least a few people will listen to, I'm the perfect candidate.

So what I need from you, the reader, is to neg me at least once every few months (thats how often I expect to be posting. Things probably wont vary from that plan, but who knows, eh?). I will then attempt to record all levels of neg rep in this post.


What is known so far:
1. has a little shameless behaviour in the past
2. can only hope to improve
3. taks liek this ore sumthing
4. must have screwed something up real good

If people see my reputation change as the experiment progresses, it would be helpful if you posted it here (if it isnt already noted) so that I don't miss it. It will be easy for me to miss something, since I don't plan to check frequently.

The reason is to find out what the neg messages are. This seems like plenty good reason to me. And what makes you think I'm a good person? I'm an asshole, trust me. Well, I guess I can't expect the new people to do favors for someone they don't know :rolleyes:

How I am different from "them".
1. I am generally not going to be using the forums
2. I will be reviving this thread once a month or so for rep cycles
3. I will continue this experiment for a substantial amount of time
4. The results of this will be recorded for everyone's benefit

Man, people suck. I don't know why I bothered going to glam's new IRC, which was a spectacular failure with a grand total of 1 (or was it 2?) new people. I don't think it was worth it to post on the forums again, either. I think this is going to be my last post here.

It seems other people are offering perfectly logical and more reasonable ways to gain the information you seek, especially since you won't even be here enough to truly run this "experiment". So I can't help but ask you the same question. I've installed hacks for phpBB2 before, along with having a variety of admin/mod duties. The information you want can simply be looked up by the right people. Perhaps you should look into other methods of acquiring that knowledge before necro-ing a dead thread every month just to get neg bombs. It just seems like there are easier and better ways.

Also..whats the point in arguing over it? Its pretty simple, click on the bar and neg him..it takes a grand total of 2 seconds -- much less time than it does to formulate and type an argument against it.

Threads like these have been created a billion times, and it has been asked and done before this a billion times. It grows old, very old. It's just stupid.

Well actually first it was an experiment, but it was on T3 Terminator, not Thash. Thash got down there all on his own.

I'll bump you down if you want though, aby. Mine should knock you down into the red all on its own, and then once people see the red box they're like "OMG THIS PARSONIS TERRRRIBLE!!!1!1@ MUST NEGG!"
