to me it seems like every time i shoot my opponants scout from the side he blocks and every time i hit his assassin from the side he blocks y does this always happen to me?

ok since the thread is here, someone might as well just give him an answer (check my neg for details as to why this was inapropriate)

it's just luck - it's not every time. You just happen to have had a small bad streak of units blocking, but in reality you will find it doesn't happen all the time. So keep playing! You'll improve as time goes on.
