The name will simply be "summoner" I searched and found several things which summon but nothing quite like mine. If i somehow missed one i am sorry and did not mean to steal the idea.
Summoner
Hp: 35
armor: ---
blocking: 25%
movement: 3
recovery: 5 *same as cleric*
range of attack: 3
gold: yes
unit counts as: 1 unit on field
you can have : only 1
it does not focus
This unit will summon a creature to an empty space within 3 spaces of the summoner.
[x][x][x][o][x][x][x] o= range where unit can be summoned
[x][x][o][o][o][x][x] x= out of range
[x][o][o][o][o][o][x]
[x][x][o][o][o][x][x]
[x][x][x][o][x][x][x]
The movement is the same range as the attack. When it attacks it sommons one creature. It can have up to *3 creatures at a time.
Summoned creature
hp: 10
power: 10
armor: ---
block: 50%
move: 3
recovery: 1
range: 1
gold: yes
unit counts as: 0 so if you lose every unit but a few creatures then you lose
*you can have 3 out at a time
focus: no
===this is an idea only=== * this unit although can only summon 3 at a time if the summoner is the only remaining unit it can hold down and suicide like assasin to blow up and summon 5 or 2,3,4 depending on how many are out making the number of creatres 5. they all have a blue aura around them and you will not lose until they all die. This may prove to be an unfair advantige for golds so it is only an idea, odds are it will be scraped unless proven extremely popular.
Tactics:
Offense: Summon expendable creatures to attack an opponent especialy mages, although they die quite easily they are a good way to block for a unit such as archer from the side and to back up units charging in. overall job of backup here.
defense: you could send units away while these acted as blocking units for your formation preventing assasins knights and mages from penetrating easily. you could have an opponent waste a turn or two getting past it while you attack him with other units. overall like a fallout defensive wall, or possibly units to send out while you are keeping your main units inside the base.
Possible abuse: Golds would be able to just send in these units with thier main force and teamed with other units would make an unpuapable advantige in certain situations. Although getting down to it it does act more like an enhanced furgon.
could greys have it? I think yes. It is only weak 1 hit killable even by pyro medium block low power units. Some would consider it a waste of space.
Balance: the summoner is weak enough to be killed like a chanty in 2-3 turns and its summoned creatures are weak 1 hit killable things. they would be for wasting opponents turns and buying time for other units like knights. This is not too powerful or too good with the summon limit.
What do you all think? This unit may be a bit too far out and unconventional for a unit but i think this may be one of the best ideas, in my opinion, because of its balance ease of use and ability to act the job of assasin for charging in and knight for acting like a wall to block units. Again this is a bit weird from units like pyromancer and furgon.
