A question about gold acount

Ok well i registered for a gold account this morning and i was wondering why it takes so long for them to upgrade your acount. Am i missing something? well im just wondering becuase i just dont know why it takes so long and i would like the gold acount soon :D

acually, you have to visit your email, and activate it there, if you alreayd did that, just wait.

Ok you said verify through email, what does that mean? in the email there is nothing that says verify here..

i dont understand what you mean, i bought the upgrade and that was about 19 hours and nothing has happend

when u go on your email theres a thing that ses click this to go on your gold account.

what do you mean buy when you go on your email, ok i have aol and i dont see that at all in my email mailbox.. do you mean on the forums or what???? all i got when i bought the upgrade is the receipt but where the hell are u guys talking about.. im sorry guys i just dont understand what your saying

yes and thats how i got my Subcription Reciept but what your saying doesnt make sense...

alright 1st step go to the email account that u sunscribed in, 2nd steb click on it 3rd step click on the link in there to activate your account,4th step go jump some greys.

ok i did pay pal, and when you mean go to my email acount you mean my mailbox? im new at this so you have to work with me. there is NOTHING in my mailbox that looks like a link, and i didnt get an email that has a link to get my account activated. so do i wait for an email from TAO that has a link in it to activate my TAO account

check in spam sometimes tactics stuff ends up in spam.

there's an activation email with the forum account i believe...but not with the actual game...just wait it'll get golded...

i cant wait no more, its been 24 hours! is there any way or anyone who can get ahold of the admins and tell them to gold me?

i like TAO alot and im very impatient, its been 24 hours and no upgrade. im tired of waiting, why does it take so long!

Welcome to something called the "real world", a magical place where adults that work for a living have certain responsabilities. One of those people have a job upgrading TAO accounts.
However, since they are just a normal human, they are unable to sit at their computer holding their breath for every 11 year old who decide to steal $5 from their mommy's purse and send it in to TAO.
What this means for those who have trouble figuring out which way it up, is that it takes a whil to upgrade accounts. usually 24 hours, but longer on weekends and holidays.

Whining about it on the forums doesn;t change that. Complaining about it doesn;t change that.

Being patient, and waiting is the ONLY thing that works.

ya i understand, ok for 1 i know alot about the real world. Just because I'm really impatient. So im impatient and new to this site and game doesnt make me a child that whines and complain. And another thing, i do have a job and i know alot about the real world. oh and another thing, when someone pays for something on a game and they say about 24 hours then the person expects it to be in about 24 hours. It should say 24 hours or longer (or i missed that part).

i'm not one to be talked to like im alittle child, so dont be rude about it.
