Where should I add the chanty into the formation? Or should I make an entirely new formation entirely?
Bot's form can be found at the end of his strategy guide.

If you have another cleric as well, add them both. Otherwise don't.

If you do have another cleric as well as chanty. search for my double chanty thread, it has 3 diff double chanty double cleric forms.

I havent seen Bots grey form. But I have mine, and I have spent many long minutes trying to figure a good one out, and it can be changed around VERY easily to add 2 chantys, come on to GL one day and play me, then when it kicks your butt, you will know why I use it.

A good double chanty form that I fought used the following stratagy: One offensive chanty, and one slightly less offensive chanty. The offensive chanty would charge in and freeze anything nearby (the was generally done on the sidelines when flanked by a scout/knight and such) and the other chanty would hide behind her and nab anything that tries to get near. The offensive was then barriered. I tried bringing in my knight (stupid on my part, but we were having a good conversation) to smack the bw, but he blocked my path with his other units an I was left with maybe 3 mobile units. Bummer. Anouther stratagy is to put them next to eachother on the back line. A stupid player will get nabbed by them, a not stupid player will aviod them and be at a tactical disadvantage. Not a very good post, but I hope it helps.

That's what I was planning on doing, but I was asking how I should incorporate the chanty in in the sense of what units should I remove and where should I put it.

I have no pyros, and a BW/LW instead. It is Bot's grey form, which can be found in his strategy guide. I may go with tarvo's advice.

I would take out a witch..... They tend to not work well with the chanty. Whatever you do, do NOT take out any knights, or the scout, Assasian.... I wouldn't. That leaves... witch. Or the cleric... I've seen it work. Witch would be best in my opinion.

As to where I would put them? Somewhere near the back.... withen 4 spaces of each other.

I've actually decided to take out the sin and see how that works.

Jugs must have sucked. That chanty would last 5 minutes tops vs me. A good grey would read my thread on where to post it, and see all the sides to this convo no one is having.

Use one Chanty in the back row spot adjacent to the Cleric, and one in the very corner on the row in front of the Cleric. Put the Barrier Ward two in front of the Cleric. The rest is up to you. :)

I would take out either the Assassin or Dark Magic Witch, and play accordingly.

I won't go deep into formation advice.

Remove the assassin. Put the chanty in directly next to the BW. And make sure you don't get outflanked by knights and scout.

If you do, use one chanty as a lure for your opponent using his scout, and then use your second chanty to freeze what the scout unfroze. Then heal and barrier, and kill the frozen units.

When I only had one chanty, I used Bot's grey form. Now that I have a chanty drop, I placed the BW in front of the cleric, one chanty next to the cleric and the other next to the BW, in the corner. That way, units that are flanking from any two sides can get trapped and paralysed.

The BW next to the cleric is so useful... it means that even if you end up in a losing position, so long as the scout, chanty, cleric and witch are gone, you can still rescue a draw with a lone knight if you don't get too many front hits on you, and the BW also blocks access to cleric...

I don't know if I should put my BW in front of the cleric or beside it. I've gotten to 1100 (haven't been playing much) with the BW in front of the cleric, but I always seem to paralyse the barrier itself because it's in the middle of both chanties ...

Make me a formation, Bottle.
