As I was playing a friend today, before he made any offensive moves, self bombed his assassin (2 hits from hit own scout) and then he barriered it. As we got further into the game I realized what his plan was. To save the bomb until the very end of the game. The numbers at the end of the game looked like this- 1:2, i had 2 units (knight (14 health) and a frosty (23)) so i figured (who wouldn't, to keep my 2 untis apart from each other. Now i want to know what you people first of all think about self bombing, 2nd about what you would have done- froze with frosty or lured woth one unit then won the game.

either way you would win the game unless he managed to kill ur knight with his assassin then manage to blow up ur frost... Self bombing the assassin is a useful technique... i sometimes do it when there are no threats around to kill it or the opponent is flanking me with knights and a scout i use it to keep them at bay... its a risky but tactful use...
