Ok, this is more of a dark magic style unit (as I'm hoping the next version will let you have theme race and dark/light options), plague monk, saw someone mention "plague" as an ability of sorts, and it reminded me of something I used in an RPG.
Hp: same as dark witch
Movement: same as pyromancer
Attack range: same as pyromancer
Attack spread: 3x3 square
Attack damage: infects all within radius, does 3 damage to start and 3 every turn thereafter.

You'd probably want a recovery of at least three, maybe four or five. Also, is the damage only to that 3x3 square, or does the damage "follow" the units around. 'cause that would be slow, inevitable death, and no one likes that. Maybe it stops after a couple of turns?

I'd think it'd follow the character around, but how much damage it should do if it stopped at some point I don't know, I was thinking 3 till death. but if it onl;y lasted 4 rounds maybe 5 or 6 so it could actually severely weaken something.

There'd have to be a ccounter, maybe cleric healing stops the poison

You could give him a much larger attack range and have him maintain focus to cause damage.

that is way to powerful
like the 2 post above mine it should either be stoped by cleric or have to maintain focus :cool:

ok like the poison i used for my serpent unit, I think this should last for a max of.... 4 turns, and any healing stops the poison immediately. Also, when in the turn would the poison damage be dealt?
