View Full Version : I bought a Gold Account But..

I bought a gold account on the 8th of December, at about 9:30 in the morning. It is now 6:11 pm. I still haven't gotten updated even though it says it takes 24. Any reasons or guess why?

i dunno, probably just due to some error or something, you will probably get updated within the day.

just wait another day or two, if it hasnt worked by then, PM a mod (their names are written in blue)

Things to make sure of..
1. That your account was already created as a grey BEFORE you went to upgrade it.
2. Check your email for the paypal receipt, this will have your subscription # on it which you need to send help requests. If you never recieved this, your payment didn't go through yet.

GOLD ACCOUNT UPGRADE SUCCESSFUL

Your new Gold Account will be activated within the next 24 hours!.

When you login to the server you signed up with your name will be in Gold lettering and you will have new unit options in your Settings area.

Note that your Gold Account only works for the server you requested it on, and they are not server transferable. Also note that future units available to Gold Accounts will automatically be dropped into your accounts so check the homepage for updates.

Another thing.. The email my paypal is registered too.. Isn't working So, I can't get the subscription #. :\ So, I have to do without that.

you can get the subscription # from your paypal account

obviously you can login to there if you're able to subscribe in the first place ;)

Humm..if i were you I would pm sergiy. He will have the answer for ya. Hope you get it soon.:)

Remember that it is still the weekend and it takes longer to get your gold account on the weeknd.
