Well if I am not mistaken, Jeffery upgrades many golds. But, Jeffery is the only person I know of now that does that (dirka, but he posted after I said this). Sorry if I'm pushing this upon you Jeffery, I hope you don't mind.

This is not as viable as it sounds...

To someone new to the community you basically suggest "Send someone random $40 and trust that they will upgrade an account for you for the proper time period."

An official alternative would be nice.

Like mailing the money to Bills, yes it will take longer, but it works...

Or make another pay pal account, or fix your old one.
