"Alt" codes.

This thread is for all those people who ask "how do you do the cross?? how do you do that long skinny line???" well here is how :

*= with num lock on.

*alt + 01414 or alt + 0134 = the cross. (†)

*alt + 124 = "that long skinny line" (|) [this is often used like this:-=|??|=-]

*alt + 0165 = yen symbol. (¥)

*alt + 0247 = divided by sign. (÷)

*alt + 0167 = Double S. (§)

*alt + 0141= square (�)

*alt + 0215 = multiply symbol. (×)

*alt + 0185 = To the power of 1. (¹)

*alt + 0178 = Squared. (²)

*alt + 0179 = Cubed. (³)

*alt + 0186 = Degrees. (º)

*alt + 159 = Cool f. (ƒ)

*alt + 0175 = top line. (¯)

*alt + 0164 = Circle thingie. (¤)

*alt 0135 = Cross with slash. (‡)

Well these are all i know, and i know there are more, so post 'em here!!

A.K.A ctrl + alt + 2 to be squared, or 3 to be cubed

Not going to happen, it needs to be more organized. This was pretty sloppily done, plus asking for it to be stickied, wont get it stickied. Better luck next time bud.

two reasons :

1) You didn't have num lock on.
2) you need to put a zero in front. alt + 1414 is å, but alt + 01414 is the cross.

...needs to be more organized...
