Deleted all your cookies....And umm, ya that should make it. if not get the direct link to see if it makes it. Also, does it even attempt to load?

Popup blocker.
Check and see if you have popups disabled. Also, since it is a javascript that pops open the link, if you have java disabled it won;t work.
What operating system, what browser are you using?

Deleting cookies will never change anything, I don't think TAO even uses cookies except for the forums. You sometimes do have to delete your temporary internet files. Still, you should be able to load the initial screen without even doing that.
This does sound like a popup problem to me. Which browser do you use? I don't know anything about IE anymore.

Wrong. There is not a cookie that is inherently loaded from the game.

You still haven't said what operating system and browser you are using. Without that info, no one can help you.

In the menu bar, do the following:
1. Click "Tools" --> "Internet Options"
2. Select the Advanced Tab, and scroll down to "Java (Sun)"
3. Check the box next to the "Use Java 2" version
4. Next, select the Security Tab, and select the "Custom Level" button
5. Scroll down to "Scripting of Java applets"
6. Make sure the "Enable" radio button is checked.
7. Click OK to save your preference.

Its prob. pop-up blocker, or you might have to suspend some cookies. Of course, it just might be your internet access to. I'm not 100% sure about any of those. BUT DONT ASK A PRO. all thyre gonna do is charge you big-bucks.
