There's a full list for ya. I'd suggest PMing the mods (those are the fellas in the blue); you're more likely to get active and quick help from a mod as opposed to an admin.

No. Bills took that avatar originally. The othr admins took it also, but they chose to.
Bills has the one he has not because Duffman was mad that his Mod account still wasn;t allowed custom avatars because he had been grey before being modded. So he made a stick figure of the Bills avatar and switched it. Bills actually was a bit mad, and told Duffman to change it back, but by that time bills had had the forums set so mods couldn;t change admins items.
For some reason Bills never figured out how to change his own avatar still......

The admins have the ability to choose any avatar they want.

After Bills fired DR, he was the only Admin. He brought BO1 aboard, but he never even came by. He then brought Redbones to work on the website and backend forums stuff. But he was never the frontman type.
Then Bills brought in Sergiy, basically to act the role of customer pisser offer. he does the interacting with the mods and TAO members. He's basically our bitch.
