Those of knowledge have often tried to warp space and time into their personal servents but failed, space and time are without allegence and as such more 'practical' methods must be utilised in order to control these greater forces of exsistance.

Name: Warp-Way Ward
HP: 30
Armor: 10%
Power: 0
Range: 5
Block: 100%
Movement: 0 it's a ward...
Wait: 3

Special - Warp Way

The ward 'attacks' two EMPTY spaces in range. A portal is opened on each square, portals cannot be damaged in any way, although they do block LOS and do not move aside.

The Portals are used for travel across the field, ANY unit (either team) can use a portal, to use a portal a unit must simply walk on to a portal square (the actual move into the portal does not count stepping out does). The unit can then move the remaining movement range away from the second portal.

e.g.
a portal is three squares away from a Beastrider,
the beast rider walks into the portal, (the movement on to it does not count)
the BR can now walk a futher two spaces away from the 2nd portal.

Note:
Units cannot stop within portals.
An adjacent square MUST be free next to the 2nd portal in order to enter the 1st one.
The portal automatically dissapates when the ward recovers, if you paralyze the ward the portal remains open...
Portals cannot be paralyzed open.

Good Tactics May include:
Opening a portal, and rushing units behind enemy lines, either stratigically or with brute force.
Retreating heavily damaged units to safety where pursuit cannot be done safely.
Giving an assasin easy access to it's target.

Bad Tactics May include:
Providing any of the above tactics to the enemy...
Sending a single unit through when there are plenty of units on the otherside.
Opening a portal in open space on your side and where it is completly Surrounded on the opponents side so you cannot go through.

Other Tactics May Include:
Paralyzing the Ward so a portal remains open indefinatly, providing either you or the oppsistion an advantage.

I like it. As with the furgon special, it can be used against you

This is never going to happen but wouldn't it be cool if you could also shoot arrows through it.

I be lying if i said orignal. It is still well thought though, it would make a great turn-over in some battles. Although probally against a fugon usless.
NIce idea though not really that over or under powered.

Not too good on originality, but this is by far the best thought out version of this unit. I love it. Good job.

This would only increase the power of rushes, you realize?

Because it does not require focuse, it can teleport a knight or scout into the middle of an opponents formation. I'd say well-thought out, but better to make it a focus effect. To balance that out, you could say that only your own units can use the portal.

I must say, you did explain everything pretty thoroughly. As for originality: meh.
