This could make it interesting. i dunno.
This is called the hidden ward. I guess you could compare this to a land mine.

Pwr 99,20

hp5

unblockable
immobile
invisable
selfdestruct

Attack pattern
E=empty space
U=unit
H=hit99

extra
The ward will not attack on will. As soon as two units are within its range(dragon tyrants count as two), it activates.
Although it is invisible, it still is solid. the Hidden Ward is affected by LOS, and hitting it will reveal its location. Just in case the player missed the location, little bits of wood, or some kinda mark will be left there. Therefore, it can be maged to death and it wont get hurt.
-
I assume that no future units will get hp higher than ninety-nine, otherwise the assassin trick wont work and neither will the hidden ward.
-
OK thats another ward, and i hope u like it.

I like the idea too but it seems very powerful. Also, do friendly units activate it also or is it only 2 enemy units? :confused:

Enemy units. Plus, I think the damage is good. I mean, its invisible. Its effin' awesome!
Edit: By the way powza, you mis-spelt "honor."
Edit 2: By the way Techno, I like the way you did the

Wow! A super-unit based off of the assassin's special attack!
1. overpowered
2. unoriginal
3. don't double-post

1. No.
2. Shush.
3. Its ok to double post.
For once, can't you just not bash on new guys and see the bright side of them for once?

It's my opinion. If you don't like it, deal with that. And it's definitely NOT okay to double-post.

seriously, whats wrong with double posting?
-
Thats a good question powza. I kinda think freindly units should activate it too, but then again, it kinda limits u.
yeah, new rule: only enemy units can activate.
-
helblazer, the point is to comment on my unit, not whether i double post, or whatever
-
i dont think its overpowering since the low health and the chance someone might find it. then its just a waist of a unit

I love the concept and honour was spelt right acording to proper old english. We americans butchered it.

I like the unit, kinda powerful, but i see the point in that :cool:

Ok, I admit I spelt honour incorrectly. Thankyou for that. About the unit though. I think it is overpowered and is a massive gamble to include it in your setup. Any half decent opponent will see 9 units on the field an proceed to snipe away at all possible squares before attacking your position. 10/10 for ingenuity though. It could add a nasty element of surprise to otherwise standard games.

Actually I spelt honour correctly the whole time.
PS - Screw you for making me double post :D :D :D

I'm starting to think powza enjoys double posting :)
The unit reminds me of the land mines from the old board game stratego.
I personally like the canuk/uk spelling and pronounciation. I'm off to the theatre!

Sorry. :bad: Are we still friends? I think friendly units should set it off though. It would be the trade off for the units immense power and limit its location in setups. Seriously, if well placed this thing could potentially take out a draggy and 2 knights. That aint right!!!

Okay, the unit is a bit overpowered since you can't see it... I mean, you could take out the foes strongest unit without them knowing wtf happened.
Plus its unoriginal.
I don't like it very much at all.

If freindly units did set it off, it would kinda give away the position. the freindly units would always be avoiding it.It would B kinda useless then.
If i should change anything, it shouldnt be the power or the freindly unit thing. but i will say this.
FREINDLY UNITS STILL GET HURT BY IT! even if they dont set it off. ok? does that change answers?
strong hold

Its a one off blast bomb which kills two enemy units.
Overpowered maybe. The enemy will know one is there by the fact the enemy is one unit short to.

I kno thats the point. THANK U
the opponent will be aware of it when you have one unit short. Hell be lookin for it. half the time its 2units brought down by one, one unit brought down by one, with a little damage to others, or its a complete waste
