Okay say you annoy someone online by saying they're stupid and don't know what they're talking about when really you're mistaken... everyone is intitled to opinions right? So if the person you called stupid finds that offensive or annoying, whala, you get arrested...

Now, in the same scenario, lets say you go to school and start poking someone you know... like all day. They eventually get really annoyed because you're poking them, can you get arrested for that too? No. Or at least, I don't think you would get fined much... so:
