need banner help!!!

alot of programs i can make banners on but no idea how to i have photoshop and some others but i cant make the banners the right size and shape help any one?!?:(

this thread belongs in the banners thread.....it will most def get locked when a mod sees it.....either request a banner in the thread or ask them the same question you did here IN THE BANNERS THREAD!
