Forums lag/new look

I'm lagging really bad right now, and this is a first.

What's with the new forums layout thing going on?
I'm not liking it.

I was lagging badly. I think everyone was for a while, for about 3 minutes or so, even a bud on msn asked me if the forums were working for me...Anyone who tried to quickly browse through threads fast obviously found lag (if they did it at the right time).

About five minutes ago when I re-opened my computer, TAO was lagging real bad. I didn't really think anything of it, and it's fine now.

It just happens sometimes. I'm used to it. If it's lagging bad I just go do something else.

I was lagging BAD 2 weeks ago, for several days in a row. I finally got frustrated and bought a brand new computer. Bills should go into the computer business, since he has the power to make me buy new ones. No more lag now for me. I think my dinosaur and it's 1 meg of RAM just couldn't handle the ads with the sound effects and movement both.

That's not new. It's a option that's been here for a while. Just click "Display Modes" under the Log Out link.

I had that on when I started TAO... thats the reason I wasn't able to access large threads, it loaded too much. Once I switched to the one everyone else uses I was good. :)

New updates have nothing to do with the forums, just the game.

As for game updates, the new "lobby" link for greys when leaving a grey is there. Also,the mods can kick/ban people form the servers in real time now. There were a few other tweaks, mostly to do with game security.
