Application Name Question

I need to know the name of an application that is like Windows Task Manager, however has the ability to list what applications are using what files. I've seen it before, I just forgot the name. Thanks in advance.

I've tried a few searches, but failed to find keywords that would indicate it enough. I believe it was freeware.

I'm not sure, but it might be one of the buttons on the toolbar at the top of the task manager . . . might not be though.
