In laymans terms

Turtle: a defensive set that plays like a turtle...Slow....very fun for long very strategical games

Rush: An offensive set, quick games (usually) can be a lot of fun

Anti-Rush: A *conservative* rush or *agressive* turtle, whichever floats your boat. A form designed tostop a first turn wisp, or muddy usually in some form of "T" shape......

Bomb: A rush using a DT and pyros, used to inflict a massive amount of damage before your opponent can heal/ kill all of your pyros and DSM....

Turtle, slow and defensive
Rush: quick and agressive
Anti: middle of both
Bomb: suicidal

--Hope that helps you out:D
