Sure, hearing about entire games is fun, but what about single-move recaps? Ever have one spectacular move that just rocked completely and entirely? Well, here's one of those instances. I killed 4, count em, 4 units in one turn with a mudquake. Now, this isn't a setup game, or playing against a noob. This is an entirely competent opponent in a serious game, and it's a quadruple kill in one turn.
Sorry if it sounds braggy, but I'm just so energetic about this one really really cool move.
Btw, great game Storm, it was a lot of fun. You just should've killed my wisp earlier.
Now:

All four units were at incredibly low healths from my wisp:

And I used muddy.

He surrendered the next turn.

It was a great game, not amazingly close though, but still a lot of fun.
So, has anyone else ever had a move that killed so many units in one turn in a real game against a strong opponent? Assassin bombs count, but mud quakes are more fun to hear about.

I've done 81 damage with my muddy. That was my favourite move ever. Top that in a real game bitches!

I killed 6 units with a single mudquake earlier today, but that was only against a 950 rated grey. Took me ages to judge it so that they were all on between 1 and 10 HP, and then I had to lure the 9HP knight into the right position for me to kill all 6 in one turn. Good old wispy.
Good fun.

81 damage is nice but not too hard if you get all their units in one area, which most antis have. Also, hitting 3 armorless units with a dsm is 81 damage too. I'm most impressed with Bottle's move. However, the best part about this one was it was entirely strategic. I didn't like plan specifically to kill them all that way, it was just the best move to make. You're right though, wisp rules.

I used my wisp against a person who I won't name (its a little embarrassing for him) and basically poisoned a dragon, scout and knight down to 0, then I quaked killing 4 pieces I believe.

I got a DT, A scout, and A knight once, that was my best(Ass Bomb)

On a side note, it didn't kill them (obviously), but I poisoned Geeky_Bastard's wisp, amby, mud, scout and dragon on turn 1 earlier. Because the rest of his units were knights/cleric and they couldn't reach the wisp, it dealt 40 damage to his dragon, mud and amby, 12 to his wisp (because I killed it on turn 3), and 8 to his scout. A total of 140 damage. :)

Sometimes for fun i just play my friend and tell him to end his turn every time so i can weak all his units enough to kill all 10 of em with one mudquake... that only happens when im super bored
which was once at 2 am or so ...
I used an ass. bomb on my grey against another grey and ironically he pinned my assassin and then hit it. Then, i used ass. bomb. The 4 units were 3 knights and his assassin. The best unplanned move ive ever played

But it's so cool.... yet too big
If there was a way you could down-size it then it would be much appreciated :p

4 units, not too shabby. In freestyle games, that usually happens :wink2:

I'm afraid I have no such story of a 4-unit Mud Quake. The best I have done is 3 (using a early variant of what became my 3-attack turtle, killed a Mud Golem, then lured both Scouts and Dragon Tyrant into Wisp range and Furgon-prison, mud quaked when one Scout and Dragon had 1, other Scout had 4 at two spaces away). I used that Furgon prison turtle for two months afterwards and had tremendous success early on, but got consistent ass-whoopings by Bodexxx and others and eventually dropped it when I realized that there was little growth potential in the formation. :(
I HAVE gotten a 4-unit Assassin Bomb though, and none of the units were mine. I was using my grey spread against a grey turtle on my Assassin's side (the "weak" flank :wink2: ), after a few moves to nab one of my Pyromancers I got a 3-unit Assassin attack with my then-unscathed Assassin. All three units (side Knight, front Knight and LW) blocked, and my Assassin was screwed.
Then something beautiful happened.
My opponent brought the third Knight into my Assassin and attacked from behind. I healed.
My opponent then LWed my Assassin, then realized the consequences of his mistake when my Assassin remained alive with 2 units left.
I bombed all three Knights and Lightning Ward, thus capitalizing on the single biggest bomb move in my grey game, ever.
My opponent was a fairly unknown 1200 grey and to his credit he did well with his remaining 6 units, but the game was already lost by that point. :)

ive managed to get 5 in one shot with a DSM, but it was against a noob bomber, so it wasnt really all that rewarding. More pathetic than anything else. All it took was a muddy to his pyros and witches that were grouped. Then a DSM attack to take out the 5. Too easy
i've got a screenshot somewhere of me ass-bombing 4 units - 2 knights, dmw, l-ward in a grey match. it was planned though against a predictable noob.

Nice LT. Here was my best attack ever. I was playing a gold who shall remain nameless in a grey game. I was trying a grey cleric bomb by coming around to the cleric with my assasin while being covered by scout. I moved my assasin up and it was immediately LWed, because his witch had 2 turns recovery and couldnt have hit it anyway. His cleric was guarded by a knight up fron and one knight next to the other knight in a corner. I hit the celric with my assasin by luring away one knight with a side scout opprtunity. The units were like this
K LW
S K A K
.....C
Stupidly, my oppenent decided to attack my assasin from the side with the top knight, it blocked and i ass bombed a cleric, and 3 full health knights  Anyway, DONT try that grey cleric bomb, lol, i got really lucky.
Fortunately my opponent could not recover from the devastating blow and i won convincingly.
Good game btw, u know who you are ;)
