rank?

hola mundo !!

I just started playing TAO a few day ago, and my question is about when I do /stat <your_name> every time I have a lower rank (fron 835 to 873 for example) even if I win the match.

How the rank system works ? or is it only for gold members ?

also, what happen when your opponent ran away (i.e. they disconnect from the game when they have no chance of winning) does it count as a victory or doesn't count at all ?

ps: how do you upload a custom avatar ?

Custom avatar must be a gold and the ranking system works when you beat someone you get stats, if their stats are close to yours, if you lose you lose stats. Its very simple, the harder the person you beat (more stats) the more stats you win, the easier person you beat (low stats) the less stats you gain, in some cases you may gain 0 stats.

lol that's not how the ranking system works

The higher the rank the better. It's not in order of best, there is no number 1.

The number 1 ranked person will have from like 1700 - 1850 stats.
