Well I was playing a gold on Legends named MR.MCWHIPACRACKER, a gold with stats around 1200 on my grey account using one of my no-drop grey setups.

My opponent had a single gold setup consisting of double cleric, muddy, LW, scout, draggy, furgon, Golem ambusher and frost. He had them all on the same side as me up the back behind the LW.
First turn my opponent furgons in front of himself. I sneak my assasin up the side and break a bush and then fire my witch at the furgy. He frosts my witch.I then barier my witch in a vital position threatening his clerics. The witch ends up staying there for the rest of the game. From here it is a matter of me playing cat and mouse with his furgy with my scout and finishing it off with sneaky LOS shots. Simulteneously he has killed my assasin with his LW and GA as I was trying to cut a path down towards his frost up his right flank. I bring one of my knights up the middle and attack his muddy twice and with the scout, finishing it with the knight and having a 6hp knight due to an early LW shot and another draggy attack. I then retreat my knight back up the field to my cleric. My scout also has just been LW'd and I bring that back up the field to be healed also.
My plan from here is to use my other 2 knights to chop down the remaining shrubs and scout and get to the frost, also healing my scout and getting him back up the front for insurance on the frost. At this stage if he uses his frost to freeze a knight, I can get my witch back into the action for a frost zap or cleric burn. See below.

I have had a good game and with a bit of luck I feel that I am now in control of the game. Then my opponent gets all nasty accusing me of cheating because I fled 2 damaged units back to a safe area on the ground. This was an obviousl move for me to make, otherwise I would have probably lost them both to the draggy and scout. It was a great game up til then and there was no need to get nasty. Here is what he said

I was laughing when he threatened to get me booted. He thought it was cheating for me to escape my 2 units, even though earlier in the game he had been trying to hide his furgy (albeit, quite badly) However, I didnt just post this cos he was a jerk, I genuinly thought that I had played a great game given the circumstances. Grey vs gold games are pretty hard at the best of times, but with draggy, double cleric and frost all nicely up the back I didn't think I had that much of chance of winning.
Anyway he surrendered after that
I guess it just goes to show that you can always potentially win, no matter what the original setups are and if the other guy is a jerk then it probably means u have an even better chance of winning. Anyways thats it. Thanks for reading :)
PS - I know this probably happens to everyone all the time with n00bs getting annoyed at losing but I wanted to post it anyways.
