one of the funniest matches i've ever had. a gold jumps me, and right from the start this particular gold pisssed me off. He said good, for i had high stats (1350 something) and he wanted to raise his stats more (1200 something). I replied, if he wanted higher stats, he could actually try playing other golds. He said he was tired of playing golds. I asked if it was because he kept losing to them. He laughed, saying he knew i would say this. He didn't answer my question though. So then i asked why he was jumping grays. he said it was fun. right from the start i was determined to kick his ass.
he had a standard gold turtle with a frosty, muddy, furgon, dragon, stone golem, ambusher, cleric, poison wisp, and lightning ward. I had an opposite side turtle with a muddy. I couldn't do much against him offensive-wise, so i sniped at his units with my scout while he attempted a shrub wall, and did nothing else besides. he called me a chicken, so i asked what he was doing. he obstinately said what he was doing was not being a chicken. i disagreed. annnnyway, i got a few shots at the furgon, and got it down to 12. i moved my witch up. he healed, and moved the furgon behind the lightning ward. i moved the witch once, then killed the furgon next turn. He moved his poison wisp up, and poisoned the witch and my scout. i moved a knight up and attacked the wisp. long story short, my scout barely escaped, and my witch died, but so did his wisp. he was annoyed now, for the "chicken" was beating him. he said that he wasn't, well, #### around anymore, (at which i laughed, and he said stop smirking, noob) and he advanced his units. he used his frosty on my knight, which i hit with my scout. his dragon then hit my muddy (which was waiting by my lightning ward to attack the frosty) and i charged the dragon with knights. he retreated his dragon, and i killed his frosty. He advanced with his muddie and dragon again, and killed my scout with his dragon. However, my chanty was waiting right beside the dragon. i attacked the muddy to get him to back it off so i could use the chanty, but he charged into my turtle. Even better. so i used my chanty to freeze both the dragon and muddy. his ambusher was just out of range of the chanty. he left.
