Golem Fighter
HP: 50
Offense: 15
Armor: 18
Range: 2 Squares
Blocking: 60% (30%)
Movement: 3 Tiles (Teleportation)
Recovery time: 1 Turn

Attack Pattern: Attacks two tiles adjacent to the unit. Much like the Beast Rider.

Special Abilities: Ice Lance

When this unit strikes a Golem-type unit, the damage that it inflicts becomes 50 (regardless of armor). This is because the ice from the sword gets in between the cracks of a Golems body, and then expands. All damage inflicted by this unit upon the Frost Golem is nullified.

Fire Weakness:

Damage incurred upon this unit by a Dragon Speaker Mage, Pyromancer, or Dragon Tyrant is doubled, likewise, damage that this unit inflicts upon the Pyromancer, Dragon Speaker Mage, or Dragon Tyrant is halved.

I would assume that this unit kind of sucks, looking at the units that have been greeted with great enthusiasm.

not bad except the facts 1that it can kill any golem almost automatically unless it has full health,2 that 1 powered up pyro or dsm can kill it instantly no matter the health and 3 the base attack is to weak other than that its great:laugh:

way overpowered. - nothing but the muddy could escape this thing, and that's if it doesn't need to wait. No unit should do 50 damage to any other unit and recover in 1 turn.

Also, it's generally a bad idea to have elemental specific damage/armor. You need to level the playing field.

What if he brought down the damaged induced on Golem Units to 30, and brought the turns it had to wait up to 2?

I'd say he would need to level the playing field so that damage doesn't affect certain units moreso then others, and bring down the damage, or perhaps increase the wait. A Dragon doesn't deal 30 damage, and it needs to wait 3 turns. Moving this thing up to 2 turns still makes an overpowered unit. Reducing the damage it deals creats a beast/muddy hybrid (which might not be the worst idea if ballanced correctly).

This is overall a good unit. I like the whole fire weakness thing. The golem-slaying ability has to go, though, or at least the power of it needs to be lowered.
