Why can't it be placed with a dragon tyrant? Dragon tyrants can be placed with each other...
This is a slightly overpowered knight, but not powerful enough to be worth two units. How about taking away the normal attack and the armour?
The special attack doesn't seem very good to me. How about if the saint has more than 20 health remaining, 20 of the attack damage hits the saint instead of killing an allied unit? This would have to penetrate any barrier around the saint.
